1. Age and Driver’s License
- The driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license issued at least one year prior to the rental date.
- An international driver’s permit (IDP) may be required if the license is not in English.
2. Rental Period
- The rental period is calculated on a 24-hour basis.
- Late returns beyond the agreed rental period may incur additional charges.
3. Payment and Deposit
- A valid credit or debit card is required for the rental.
- A security deposit will be held at the start of the rental and refunded after the vehicle is returned, provided no damages or violations occur.
4. Insurance
- Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental price.
- Additional insurance packages (e.g., collision damage waiver) can be purchased for extra protection.
5. Fuel Policy
- The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental.
- Missing fuel will be charged at the company’s rate.
6. Vehicle Condition
- The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when it was rented, excluding normal wear and tear.
- Damages caused by negligence or accidents may result in additional charges.
7. Traffic Violations
- The renter is responsible for any traffic fines or violations incurred during the rental period.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the rental start date will receive a full refund.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or no refund.
9. Restrictions
- Vehicles may not be used for off-road driving, racing, or towing.
- Smoking in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
10. Additional Drivers
- Additional drivers must be registered at the time of rental and meet the same requirements as the main driver.
